We designed, developed, and implemented media for the site which consisted of video, audio, and imagery. We also utilized photography of the building models from a larger, 320-square-foot, 3D printed model of 400 blocks of downtown Chicago housed at the Chicago Architecture Foundation. The final site includes models of the following iconic buildings: Chicago Board of Trade Building, Harold Washington Library Center, Inland Steel Building, Marina City, Marquette Building, Monadnock Building, The Rookery, James R. Thompson Center, Tribune Tower, and Willis Tower.

A top priority was making sure users could build their own narratives associated with the buildings. We addressed this by developing story components, using each building as the basis to explore big questions: Who built them and why? What secrets can they tell us? What do they mean to Chicago?
